Self Pickup is FREE only available at Taipan LRT station, Monday - Sunday, 3pm - 7pm

Please ensure you are at home at the date and time of your scheduled delivery.

*In the event where no one is home (to collect your order) at the date and time of your scheduled delivery, an additional delivery fee of RM20 will be charged for your rescheduled delivery.

Live Mud Crab Disclaimer

We do our very best to fulfill orders with the liveliest crabs available. Dead loss are expected and we cannot be liable for mortality due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as; shipping environment due to extreme weather, rough handling, or delayed delivery by the shipper. However if you insist on live Crabs, please note that we provide no guarantees on the number of Crabs that will arrive to your doorstep alive. Their condition upon arrival is not guaranteed. No one in our industry will guarantee this. 

Upon receiving of your order it is recommend that you unpack the crabs as soon as possible and store the crabs in the refrigerator or freezer, to maintain optimum freshness (Live crab can be stored in room temperature for a longer period of time). The ice box provided is NOT recommended for storing your crabs.

Due to ever changing weather and supply conditions out of our control, occasionally an item will become unavailable after an order is placed.  Should that happen we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss on changing the delivery timing.
